Iraqi Embassy in Abu Dhabi In cooperation with the Iraqi Businessmen Council, Holds Cultural Charity Event

The Iraqi Embassy in Abu Dhabi held a Culturally Charity Event under the slogan (Iraq) for the period 4-5 March 2014 which was inaugurated by wife of Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Western Region of the United Arab Emirates Ruler.

The event was attended by a number of Shaykhahs and wives of Ambassadors accredited to the UAE as well as figures from the Iraqi community living there.

The event included an exhibition for paintings, calligraphy, handicrafts for Iraqi artists in addition to folkloric and contemporary fashions.

During the event, financial contributions allocated to an Iraqi charity foundation that aims to provide medical assistance to the Iraqi children and sending them abroad for treatment were announced.
